Training
Because every child deserves more than inclusion, they deserve to feel safe, seen,
and supported to thrive.
Award-winning SEND training, transforming early years practice through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
Training with me
Training with me will inspire, motivate and engage your team, allowing so many opportunities for reflection and growth.
Training can be tailored to meet the unique needs of you and your team and the children you are supporting, offering continuing professional development (CPD); I have trained teams of 6 staff, childminder groups and large teams from schools and nursery groups.
Delivery
Training can be in person, or via online webinars, with any form of training inviting discussion, critical thinking and consideration.
Training can be over a couple of hours, a half day, a full day or over a few sessions to really allow for deeper level reflection and building on knowledge gained.
Train with me and you will laugh, learn, maybe even cry a little as we explore the unique needs of our wonderful neurodivergent children and how we can support them in a way that truly sees and hears them as their authentic self.

Content
Train with me and you will always be focusing on neurodiversity affirming practices that will forever be embedded in your connections with children.
We can explore:
- The neurodiversity movement and what this means in early years
- How and why we need to become a neurodiversity affirming educator
- Learning how we can embed connection, trust and belonging within our pedagogy
- Understanding the impact of the environment on regulation and growth
- Behaviour and emotional regulation strategies that focus on using curiosity and a conscious response
- Meeting children where they are in play
- Sensory differences – what we need to know and how we can support our children
Let’s build spaces where every child thrives.
Support for Parents of Neurodivergent Children
You don’t have to do this alone.
Professional guidance, personal understanding, from one parent of neurodivergent children to another.
Parent to Neurodivergent Children
As a parent of neurodivergent children myself, I understand the emotional weight that can come with parenting in a world that often misunderstands our children.
The questions.
The worries.
The invisible work you do every day to help your child feel safe, regulated, and loved.
This is not about fixing your child. It’s about understanding them, deeply, compassionately and building a life that honours who they are.

I offer one-to-one support for parents and carers across the UK who want to:
- Understand their child’s unique sensory needs
- Respond to behaviour through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
- Strengthen connection and co-regulation
- Navigate transitions, mealtimes, and emotional overwhelm
- Advocate for their child with confidence and clarity
- Build bridges to connect with their child’s early years setting or school
- Feel held, heard, and supported on their own parenting journey
Whether you’re just beginning to notice differences or have been advocating for years, I’m here as a parent coach to be part of your support network, professionally and parent-to-parent.
