Award Winning Specialist Training & Consultancy in Neurodiversity within Early Years

Inspiring. Engaging. Passionate. Impactful.

Joanna
Nursery Owner

We have just shared our most recent Ofsted report and I am delighted to say that we achieved an Outstanding, with our SEND provision noted. Working with you we have seen real impact, in fact we see every day with the children who are thriving.

The Goals of Understanding Uniqueness and Inclusion

This essential module is designed to help you move beyond surface-level inclusion to create genuinely neuroaffirming environments where every child thrives. You'll learn to assess and meet individual needs with intention, adapt policies with equity in mind, and build sustainable inclusion strategies that centre on connection and belonging.

You'll develop the skills to recognise when inclusion is truly happening versus when children are simply present but not fully supported. This module will empower you to create spaces where every child feels seen, heard, and valued, moving from token inclusion to meaningful participation and authentic belonging.

Structure of Understanding Uniqueness and Inclusion

This transformative module includes a comprehensive video presentation, practical workbook exercises, an interactive game to deepen understanding, and a quiz with a certificate to validate your learning. Resources are designed for immediate application and ongoing reference as you build truly inclusive practice.

Understanding Uniqueness and Inclusion

This module is all about turning inclusion from a buzzword into meaningful, lived experience, for every child. We’ll reflect on what true inclusion looks like, how to remove barriers, and how to create a deep culture of belonging in your setting. You're about to explore inclusion through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, and it's going to be transformative.

We feel that without the passion and inspiration in the way that Cheryl mentors we would never have got to the point where we felt empowered to push forward the change, we need to see not just in the education system but as a whole but within individual practice.
